Windsor Foodservice terms & conditions


1. Applications
These conditions shall apply to all sales by Windsor Foodservice hereinafter called 'The Company'. These conditions shall override any terms or conditions sought to be imposed by the customer.


2. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised representative of The Company all goods are delivered on cash on delivery basis. Where account facilities have been authorised payment of monthly accounts is due by no later than the 14th of the month following delivery.


3. Credit References
Customers making application for credit facilities are deemed to have consented to The Company taking up any credit worthiness enquiries it may consider necessary.


4. Overdue Accounts
Should any accounts remain outstanding beyond our credit terms The Company reserves the right to suspend further deliveries until payment is received in respect of all monies outstanding.
The Company reserve the right to add interest to all overdue accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month calculated pro-rata from the due date to the date of the final payment. The Company will also be entitled to reimbursement of all costs and expenses reasonably incurred in the amendments without prior notice to the customer.


5. Prices
The Company will make every effort to maintain stable prices, however, should circumstances beyond our control require any effective prices to be amended, and The Company reserve the right to carry our such amendments without prior notice to the customer.


6. Title of Goods
Title shall not pass to the customer until full payment is received and cleared by The Company.


7. Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.


8. Claims & Shortages
All goods should be checked at time of delivery. Advice of damage, shortage or discrepancies must be made to the driver at the time of delivery and clearly marked on the drivers copy delivery note.


9. Orders
The minimum delivery value is £60.00 (a charge of £4.00 + VAT will be levied on orders below this amount).
It is the customers responsibility to ensure all orders placed are correct and accurate.


10. Delivery
The Company offer a comprehensive delivery service, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Any order place online after the cut-off time, will be automatically assigned to your next agreed delivery date.


11. Returns
No returns will be accepted unless specifically agreed in advance with an authorised representative of The Company.


12. Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods will pass to the customer on delivery.


13. VAT
Value Added Tax will be added to our prices, in accordance with Government Legislation in force at the date of delivery.


14. Nutritional Information
Whilst we endeavour the ensure the continued accuracy of all product, pricing and nutritional data at all times, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies or incorrect information contained on this site. If there is any doubt in your mind about the accuracy of the data contained on this page, please ensure you check the product packaging before serving and contact Windsor Foodservice immediately.


15. Password Protection
It is your responsibility to keep passwords details for this site private at all times. We are not responsible for any activity on your account if your password is used by any 3rd party. If you believe your password has been compromised, please contact Windsor Foodservice immediately.
